Now the last time I spoke with them they wanted to send me parts to replace and see if tht was the issue. I have called cricut support at least 8 times, all of which hung up on me becausea if it was a mistaket hey would have called back. The first time I was sitting right in front of the machine and it almost hit me in the face. Now when I try to use the machine it was the same thing with another issue, when I would put something into the holder for a stylus or pen, it would acturally throw the item out of the machine. I thought being new I just wasn't doing things rightl So I had a couple of friends, that also had Cricut Maker Machines, come over and talk me through a project. right off the start it started freezing up and I had to keep cancelling my projects and starting over several times before it would let me complete a project. I signed up for design space to start creating greeting cards. Being a new owner I thought this might be the way it was. The first time I used it it was incredibly loud to even start doing a project. I always wanted this machine because everyone raved about it and I love doing crafts.Īnyway, I thik this might have been a refurbished machine and I order a brand new one. I bought a cricut maker in November 2020, I have had issues with the machine from the beginning. at every avenue of help I've tried to get from you, save one. I have spent way to many hours in these two weeks trying to be friends with this machine. There are hoards of unsatisfied product and service customers out there. In my internet travels Cricut is not the company I esteemed. I am writing to get authorization from you to send this machine back to you and be refunded $196.05. I have been all over the internet to find help from you by calling, by emailing, by chatting with robots (!) and looking at endless tutorials on YouTube.
This machine in a NIGHTMARE and no help is available to learn Design Space. HSN will not take the machine back because it has been beyond 30 days. I did not unbox the Cricut until two weeks ago. There was an emergency and I had to be out of town for a duration of time. I have been using an Expression machine for years. This is a terrible way for a otherwise fine company to do business. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no one was available. I would understand if it was a day later, had been delivered etc. Then I got a call back that the cancellation was "kicked back to her" saying she couldn't remove an order with the mystery box. This call was made within 5 minutes of making the order. It was solved and she cancelled the whole order which was necessary, no problem I could go back and put it in again without the mystery box. I noticed it immediately after finalizing and called the USA number above to have it changed. The problem, I accidentally pushed the wrong thing for hold for a mystery box that a friend wanted and it into the buy and proceeded thinking I was just buying the original items. First.Last night approximately 5 pm I dialed the USA number and it went to the Philippine< OK the nice young woman was very helpful and solved the problem.
